Our Story

  • Precision Mercedes started as the service department of the Mercedes Center in Santa Cruz. Established in 1979, The Mercedes Center remains one of the few dealerships specializing in pre-owned Mercedes Benz cars in Santa Cruz.
  • Head Mechanic Frank Ibarra purchased the service department and equipment in 2004 to run as a separate company. Soon, Frank's reputation as a reliable and honest mechanic spread and we outgrew that facility. We're now much larger than before. Come visit!
